| Resumen : | Desde la aparición del trabajo de Madeline Leininger, el cuidado y la enfermería transcultural aparecieron dentro del contexto del cuidado. Dentro de este mundo globalizado y movimientos migratorios, los cambios demográficos en Europa son visibles y por ello se ha de asegurar que todos los sistemas sanitarios aborden esta casuística de forma apropiada. El proyecto TC-Nurse buscaba un acercamiento científico a esta situación y para ello, mediante sus tres años, promovió la formación y la creación de un modelo blended que permitiese luchar contra la discriminación, racismo, bullying… Para esta formación se realizaron distintos programas intensivos que incluyeron la metodología CLIL y distintos acercamientos: presenciales, semipresenciales y online dentro del contexto del modelo de adquisición de competencias culturales. |
| Descripción : | Since the appearance of Madeline Leininger's work, care and transcultural nursing appeared within the context of care. Within this globalized world and migratory movements, demographic changes in Europe are visible and therefore it has to be ensured that all healthcare systems address this casuistry appropriately. The TC-Nurse project sought a scientific approach to this situation and for this purpose, during its three years, promoted training and the creation of a blended model to fight against discrimination, racism, bullying... For this training different intensive programs were carried out that included the CLIL methodology and different approaches: face-to-face, blended and online within the context of the cultural competences acquisition model. |
